Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree according to which the state Duma of the new convocation stands 12 cars with spetssignalami — one and a half times more than the previous composition. Document published on Wednesday, October 26, on the official Internet portal of legal information.
The decision came into force on 25 October. The document introduces amendments in the presidential decree No. 635 of 2012, where for the lower house of Parliament were eight cars with flashing lights.
From 1 July 2012 in Russia the number of cars with spetssignalami to the government decreased by almost half: from 1040 to 569. However, in the next few years there was a gradual increase in their number. So, in 2014, the number of cars with flashing lights, provided to the government of the country has increased from 28 to 32. In the same year two cars with spetssignalami has been added to the administration of the President, two regional officials of 10 of the FSB.
In 2015, four cars with flashing lights had not received them until mid. In 2016, one such car appeared in a Russian Academy of Sciences. The newly formed Federal service the national guard in the current year has allocated 35 of the flashing lights.
At the same time, the Ministry of interior the number of cars with spetssignalami has been reduced from 100 to 98, and the FAS took the only put they lights. And another car with spetssignalami removed from the list with the liquidation of the Federal drug control service.
The total number of cars with flashing lights since 2012 increased by 10 percent to 627.
