At the same time, he noted that Russia will respond to the deployment of ABM systems in Europe. In parallel, Putin urged to restore confidence in relations with the EU.
Does this mean that the Kremlin is ready to talk about the new “reset” in relations after two years of deep cooling? What has changed, and how to regain the trust?
