Azerbaijani psychic, healer and finalist of the sixth season of the show “Battle of psychics” on TNT Ziraddin Rzayev sued on NTV. Psychic outraged that the channel guide used his photographs in “beware the charlatans: how electrasense affect the Russians”. For the caused moral damage Ziraddin demanded NTV to five million rubles.

Psychic was sure I would win in court, but I was wrong. As reported Life.ru in the course of the proceedings it was found that the plot of the transfer is not detrimental to the honour and reputation Rzayev.

“The lawyer of the TV company said that they don’t treat me bad. Scams they think it is not me, and everyone else who told the story. They showed me as a famous person, not voicing neither my name nor my surname. But those who are called by name, what they are accused of fraud,” — said the psychic reporter Life.ru.

Losing Ziraddin in my opinion, because of TV guide acknowledged that he is not a scammer. However, the judge’s decision, he still was not satisfied. According to Rzayev, he’s going to file a lawsuit in the court of appeal.
