Problems in the Russian economy have changed Putin’s inner circle

According to experts, the problems in the economy led to increased competition within the elite.

Moreover, the crisis revealed the problems of management efficiency on the background of the necessary savings that led to the resignation of company executives. But it is only the consequences of the failure of a global restructuring of the economy after the fall in oil prices and Western sanctions. As stated in the report, the formation of a new model of economic management as a strategic objective has been postponed. More than a simple decision by the sanctions ruling elite appear to be the tactical maneuvering in the international arena – in particular, participation in the Syrian conflict.

However, it is noted that the President has already started to promote in the highest echelons of government managers of modern times, who will need to solve current economic problems. Experts divide them into two parts:

1) the Children of the ruling elite. These include Chairman of the Board of “inter RAO” Boris Kovalchuk (son of Putin’s friend, businessman Yuri Kovalchuk), Chairman of the Rosselkhozbank Board Dmitry Patrushev (son of the Secretary of the Russian security Council Nikolai Patrushev), Chairman of FGC UES Andrey Murov (son of the former Director of the FSO Yevgeny Murov), etc.

2) Young technocrats who owe their careers to Putin personally. Here is referred to the Minister of industry and trade Denis Manturov, energy Minister Alexander Novak, Deputy head of the presidential administration Anton Vaino, the new head of Russian Railways Oleg Belozerov, etc.

The leadership of the new institution’s strategic planning and control (a kind of the state plan) can qualify, and offering substantive agenda, the first Deputy Prime Minister Igor Shuvalov, the head of Sberbank Herman Gref, Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich.

Everyone knows the fable: And friends like you don’t get all the musicians not fit.Yes, the first and second, and the candidates for the leadership people are loyal, but no more and wait for them to make improvement in one area of our economy and social life is not necessary. It is rather done to hold power, but if it helps, time will tell. Of course they will not suffer in any way,as always it will fall on the backs of the people because of the passivity of most of it.
