Possible changes in the economy without policy changes?

We have at the moment,the state is a Rentier, and manage their Investor,who snatched property,some have privatized,while others bought,others have built the SEC,but they’re all from renting this property to rent,and government officials and state property use.Investor everywhere and in all times,in addition to our state, was considered not the right people,as they have not been engines of progress and did not produce anything.

But we these people are the Elite and depends on them, and the economic and political situation in the country.There are of course we have the normal business which is not easy,but they timidly show their indignation.In the end this affects all the Society.

I think to make changes in the economy,without changes in the political system in this scenario, not really,but of course there are other opinions,so I suggest to vote.
