Julia Roberts, known for his roles in the films “Pretty woman”, “Erin Brockovich” and “my best friend’s Wedding”, attended the ceremony GLSEN Respect Awards held at the Four Seasons hotel in Beverly hills, California. The event was dedicated to issues of gender equality.

Julia Roberts spoke at the ceremony with a fiery speech in defense of the rights of the LGBT community. At the event the actress appeared only as a speaker, so she was dressed modestly, but quite eccentric in a black dress with an open collar, on which the contour was a picture of little ants. The sleeves and the hem of the dress was decorated with floral embroidery. Mid-length skirt allowed the star to showcase her slender legs, however, look quite noble.

Among other star guests of the ceremony were spotted Kate Hudson, Nina Dobrev and Matt bomer.
