The cause of the explosion is still unknown.
In Japan the explosion in the Park in the Japanese city of Utsunomiya, one person died, three were injured. It is reported by Japanese broadcaster NHK, citing local police.
The body of the victim with severe injuries was found near the Bicycle Parking. One more explosion has thundered in 200 metres from the first incident.
