In the suburbs – the country, not far from Khimki September 4, departed this life poet, singer, playwright and literary critic Novella Matveeva. She was 81 years old.

Novella Matveeva was one of the first poets-bards who sang his poems with a guitar. Only she is an author of more than 30 books of poetry, prose and translations.
Perhaps, one of the most famous songs written on her lyrics, “I sculpt from clay” (it was the 1977 film “Almost funny story” performed by Tatiana and Sergey Nikitin), and song of the paper boat from the film “once again about love” (1968) performed by Tatyana Doronina.
