A closer examination reveals that even the most high-profile cases the overwhelming majority of ordinary people have only a superficial understanding.
Who are the “Primorsky partisans”? A group of citizens who have been killed by police, right? Accordingly, if you think it’s gang – and then call them a gang, if you sympathize with them – called partisans without the quotes. And the fact that sympathetic to these people very many – it’s no secret.
Recently we we’re voted, and more than 77% expressed their support for the bandits. Moreover, it is quite definitely supported the massacre of police officers just because they are cops. And now the jury acquits alleged gang members. But why am I talking about the fact that people judge superficially it’s all about? Because right now you may feel that the jury acquitted of murder and that the court released the thugs. Then it and the artist Pavlensky has to go back to give the award Havel. Pavlensky has supported Partizan. And if they are not to blame – then it is necessary to re-perezagruzite. So the jury acquitted, not violence and murder. The jury just got into it a lot deeper than inhabitants. And found really amazing things. Which, however, surprise less.
Investigators and prosecutors are not required to gather evidence and to defend them in court. And the court is not required to study the issues and to wrestle with the writing of a fair sentence. The prosecution and the court playing in the same team, protection for furniture, and all sorts of witnesses and evidence – for the scenery.
The gang “Primorskaya partisan” is not a myth. And they were just bandits. But at some point, especially against the background of such powerful resonance that was convenient, people hang on everything high-profile crimes – regardless of the fact that the accused involved or not involved, and regardless of whether the individual gang members or are not. Specific evidence search is required, and if you really need to fill volumes of the criminal case papers, the suspects always at best slander, at worst to beat until then, until they themselves do not recognize.
It so happened that the justification these people in a particular case coincided with arrests by the Investigative Committee. Coincided accidentally, but very symbolically. Generals take bribes of one million dollars, ordinary sewn with white thread case – the system works great from top to bottom on itself. However, the present decision in any case does not justify any violence – it is necessary to emphasize once again. And just to remind you that if these people are not to blame for the murder of four people, then blame someone else who didn’t even try to look. And the innocent could live life behind bars for crimes they did not commit.
