New York Times writes about the “pernicious” influence of Russia on the minds of Europeans

New York Times пишет про "пагубное" влияние России на умы европейцев

As they say, there is no better advertising than publicity. Here it just operates efficiently and reliably. American edition New York Times accuses Russia that it has influence on the minds of EU citizens, allegedly deliberately spreading false information. Maybe the Western press by energetically promoting dissemination of their inventions about Russia and its President Vladimir Putin, earning considerable profits and raising your rating? After all, Western journalists more attention to their publications by publishing lies, and sometimes outright nonsense about Russia.

“Bears walking on red square” in the past. They were replaced by the tough anti-Russian rhetoric. And Russia to compete with the wild West, battle-hardened in the fields of information war?

The American newspaper writes that Moscow has targeted European countries, where Russia, the EU is finding less and less support, but the growing influence of right-wing groups. Oh, disingenuous. Because that is is the fault of the EU leadership, which builds its policy so that the main in Europe to become, say, indigenous people, and the arrived from the East, or North African refugees. Because the effect of “European tolerance” and supposedly so as not to cause migrants negative feelings among Europeans, their crimes against the inhabitants of European cities are silenced. And all this is happening, moreover, against the background of increased number of terrorist acts in the EU. And according to the publication Russia extends thoughts about the ineffectiveness of liberal democracy and the inability of European leaders to cope with crises. In Russia, if the European people is so obvious?

Another example of a publication related to the discussion about the entry of Sweden into NATO. Supposedly in social networks appeared information that distorts the public perception of the issue. This is due to fears of the Swedes, that if NATO will place in Sweden nuclear weapons (or from its territory attack Russia), the military Alliance will be dangerous for the Swedes. The conclusion is, of course, strange. But how can you not remember that the Western media wrote about the rape by drunken soldiers of the Alliance of women in the Baltic States and Japan?

The Swedish journalist Anders Lindberg allegedly revealed the scheme of distribution of false information of the Kremlin. It looks like this: somewhere in Russia on the resources of the state of the Russian media or other sites there false information, which is then picked up by the “extreme right-wing and left-wing sites”. And then use this information when making decisions on security policy. Again, where is Russia?

The New York Times writes that Moscow seeks to undermine the official version of events and call “a kind of political paralysis”. This view sounds as if the publication knows that there is not a single opinion about one and the same event. And lighting depends on the political and social position of the one who illuminates it. So, Moscow makes it so that its view is closer to the Europeans.

The American edition is very flattering for us States that “regional power” (as called by Russia, the President of the United States), is influenced British exit from the EU. And, moreover, set up of Czech citizens against the United States and the European Union.

What follows from all this? Russia and Putin is a “brand” that brings Western media a lot of revenue. But Western politicians are saying about Russia, attracted attention and strive to earn so political points. One of the most striking examples of this – the election campaign in the US, where Hillary Clinton and Donald trump in one of his speech do not forget to mention Russia….
