The adoption of the law on the entry into circulation of agricultural land will not lead to confiscation in favor of the state and dacha gardens of citizens. About it as the correspondent “of Rosbalt”, said the head of the Duma Committee on agrarian issues Nikolai Pankov.
“I want to emphasize, the law does not affect land settlements and citizens who have a cottage, garden and land plots”, — assured the MP. He also noted that the bill is not aimed at withdrawal, but in involvement in the turnover of agricultural lands, which today are not used for agricultural production. “It is 28 million ha,” gave these punks.
Speaking about the nature of the project, Pankow noted that if during the year the farming land not used in crop rotation for the production of products, regulatory authorities can issue an order to the owner.
“And only in the second year may impose an administrative fine of from 0.3 to 10% (for legal entities) of the cadastral value of the land for its neobarocco” — said Pankov.
He also said that unused agricultural land in case of failure of the owner to start their cultivation will be put up for auction. “If on the first auction, the land will not be sold at the second bidding will be granted a discount of 20% to 50% — depending on the complexity of the processing area,” — said the head of the Committee.
If these auctions are not held, the right to buy land will receive the municipality or the subject of the Russian Federation
