The city authorities deny the existence of a new list of illegal constructions were demolished. The representative of the press service of the state Inspectorate for real estate in Moscow said the statement of the Deputy of the Moscow city Duma from the CPRF Andrew Klychkov.
According Klychkov, the Moscow authorities are preparing a third list of about 400 objects of unauthorized construction for demolition, which will be presented in the fall. “At the moment, no new list item does not exist, the work on identification of objects of unauthorized construction is carried out in a planned manner,” — assured the press service of state inspection reports RIAMA. According to a source in the Department, in a second list of unauthorized construction has not yet identified the owners, ready to dismantle their own.
On the night of 9 February in Moscow began the demolition of the retail pavilions, which, according to the city authorities, was built illegally in the areas of passing gas, heating, electricity, and other utilities.
In June, the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin has unveiled a new list for demolition, which includes 107 buildings. It was reported that is designed for the demolition facilities are located in different districts of the capital — except in the Zelenograd and new Moscow”.
