Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree on the allocation of intergovernmental transfers on rest and improvement of children. About it reports a press-service of the government.
In accordance with the laws of powers in organization and provision of rest and improvement of children in 2010, is vested in the Executive authorities of subjects of Federation and local governments. From 2015 funds in the Federal budget for co-financing of the health campaign for children in difficult life situation, are not provided. The Ministry of labour noted a decrease in the number of children rested with more than 2.9 million children in 2014 to 2.7 million children in 2015.
“To prevent the reduction of the number of children enrolled in organized forms of recreation, in accordance with the action plan in the economy in 2016 decided to allocate 4.6 billion rubles. from the Federal budget. These funds will be used for payment of permits for 200 thousand children, the passage of these children and accompanying persons to places of rest and back”, — noted in the explanatory note to the document.
“Signed by order the funds distributed among the budgets of 81 subject of the Russian Federation to Finance measures connected with the rest and rehabilitation of children in difficult life situation”, — States the document.
Funds are distributed in accordance with the rules of granting in 2016 from the Federal budget to budgets of subjects of the Federation of intergovernmental transfers for these purposes.
The document was reviewed and approved at the meeting of the government of the Russian Federation on 21 April 2016.
Earlier Medvedev has signed the order about distribution of subsidies for the creation of new places in educational institutions. The Directive grants in the amount of 25 billion rubles from the Federal budget allocated to the budgets of the 56 subjects of the Federation to co-Finance expenditure incurred by them in the implementation of regional programs of creation of new school places.
