Former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk in 2015 was awarded the Minister of internal Affairs Arsen Avakov with a machine gun “Maxim”. On Wednesday, may 18, reports “Корреспондент.net” with reference to journalist Denis Bigus.
Bigus has published on his page in Facebook a scanned copy of the order of the Ministry of interior.
“If you trust this document, then he [Yatsenyuk] is still a premium machine gun “Maxim”. With a permit to carry issued by Avakov”, — posted by Bigus.
In April “the Ukrainian news” published a list of senior officials, was awarded the weapon. Then the journalists said that Yatsenyuk received the Thompson submachine gun, the Secretary of the national security Council and defense Oleksandr Turchynov and President of Ukraine Alexey Gorshenkov — pistols “Mauser K-96 and 105 cartridges to him, Avakov and justice Minister Pavel Petrenko on the “Colt” M1911 pistol.
