Matt Damon believes family is more important than filming a movie

Matt Damon is not only one of the most popular Hollywood actors, but also family-oriented. As told by the actor himself in a new interview, he does not leave the family even for the sake of filming a movie.

Although Damon constantly offer some role in the new and high-budget projects, he easily refuses them, if because of filming there is a need to permanently leave my family. The actor said that he had made with his wife and children a kind of “Treaty” — and now does not agree to the role if his family can’t join him on the set.

In an interview with Australian radio station KIIS FM, Matt Damon said: “Acting in a movie, I always take my family with me and together we go to the big family trip. Every decision about the new role we always take together with the whole family. If the role makes me a long time to leave, I just don’t agree. For us shooting always turn into an adventure. For example, last year I went to China for 6 months, it was a great family trip and it was great.”
