In the story the main character (Gaspard Ulliel) is to visit home after 12 years of separation. At home waiting for his hot-tempered older brother (Vincent Cassel) with his wife (Marion Cotillard), the younger sister, whom he hardly knows (Lea seydoux), an eccentric mother (Natalie Bay). Louis is going to report his illness, but I guess we all have our worries and plans. Moreover, they have not forgotten their grievances.

The Director said that he had read the play of Jean-Luc Lagarce, and at some point everything fell into place: “I decided that this could be a great material to work with Marion and Natalie (Natalie Bay — Approx. ed.). I read the play, and everything fell into place: all the secrets, all the mysteries, images, all that tension and innuendo — everything was suddenly so obvious”.
Picture “It’s only the end of the world” already is the owner of “Grand Prix” at the Cannes film festival 2016. In wide release, the film will be released October 20.
