Lyashko angry is not a joke

Watching the brew that is prepared in Rada, probably the first time he saw a Deputy of the radical Lyashko in such fierce arousal.

Ляшко разозлён не на шутку

Seemingly, the reason they have there is more than enough. And the economy, to put it mildly, not a fountain, and to Finance God knows what’s going on, and the war with the Donbas is clearly losing, the Cabinet simply is silent as fish about ice.

There are in General on the topic of what posterity.

But clearly, when caught not some oligarch and oligarch-President, then Yes, there is something to be got.

Poroshenko caught. And got so little. To sell its assets (which he allegedly sold before becoming President), and even to a penny in the budget… Well, budget and we do thing.

Lyashko went on the attack.

Watch 10 minutes.

In principle, it almost does not need translation. But for those who gromadyanska language of Ukraine is not on the ear, I will make brief extracts from the speech of the Deputy-radical.

1. Announce early parliamentary elections, amend the Constitution in order to turn Ukraine into a real parliamentary Republic.

2. To start corruption investigation against the President of Ukraine and his entourage, to get an insight into all violations that led to a political crisis, which will not fail to use the Ukrainian enemy and the aggressor is Russia.

3. On the basis of articles 111 and 112 of the Constitution of Ukraine, which provide for the initiation of an impeachment procedure against the President to proceed with the adoption of the law on impeachment of the President. Pass this law and then on the basis of the conclusion of the special investigation Commission to start the impeachment.

4. On the basis of article 111 of the Ukrainian Constitution to form special investigation Commission with the participation of the General Prosecutor and the investigative bodies for investigation of corruption schemes.

Lyashko made it clear that if the Ukrainian legislation lacks a law, its adoption will not matter. But if someone would prevent the adoption of such legislation, then the Deputy or official is himself involved in corruption.

If the investigating authorities fail to stop corruption in the country, the Radical party will call on people to take power into their own hands on the basis of article 5 of the Constitution and throw the corrupt out of power. If law enforcement and anti-corruption bodies are unable to cope with corruption in the country, starting with the President, it must be done by the people. Otherwise, as said Lyashko, we will lose Ukraine.

Well, let’s see. The fact that Poroshenko is more than shaky, it became clear, when Parliament refused to remove Yatsenyuk. But now Peter really fucked up a kick. And the blow will be hard.

If you carefully read article 5 of the Constitution, which relies Lyashko, it reads as follows:

Article 5. Ukraine is a Republic. The bearer of sovereignty and the only source of power in Ukraine is the people. The people exercise power directly and through bodies of state power and bodies of local self-government.

The right to determine and change the constitutional order in Ukraine belongs exclusively to the people and cannot be usurped by the state, its bodies or officials.

Nobody can usurp state power.

Beautiful sunset. Very competent. This isn’t a call to Maidan 3.0, no. Just trying to throw Poroshenko of policy it is a political method. Through distrust of the people. As I understand it, Lyashko and other MPs are planning a huge noise and pressure on members of Parliament for appropriate legislation. With subsequent weaning Poroshenko from power.

Very nice. And perhaps without burnt tires. Although it is a tradition that you can observe.

Although we should not exclude the option that the money from the sold assets Poroshenko famously will purchase the number of members that venture out radicals and “Self-help” will not work.

But in any case, the Ukrainian show continues. But for the future I would like to give a very small tip. Pyotr Alekseevich, you don’t anger Lyashko. Can’t go sideways…
