Tourists here the choice is not great.
I think I’m quite ready to travel to North Korea. I’m so sure of this because today the whole day spent in search of information on local restaurants that would like to visit – the choice is not so great.
Maybe this is an unimportant detail, but in a country where most of the population cannot afford to buy expensive products, not to mention the fact to eat in the restaurant, I am terribly curious to find out about exactly what North Korea restaurants and what they serve.
So here’s my list of top ten restaurants in the country-recluse, visiting I will be able to quench my burning curiosity. The list is carefully composed and thought out, and the main focus is not so much the food as the interior, which will not see anywhere else, and the originality of the institution.
1. Revolving restaurant
Restaurant on the 47th floor of the hotel “Yanggakdo” in Pyongyang.
2. Diplomatic club
In the guide it says:
The diplomatic club is a complex with many bars, karaoke rooms and restaurants … Tourists are constantly taking here. While most of these places completely empty. However, this is one of the few places open until late at night in Pyongyang.

“We were six of us and we were able to eat for only $11, Yes, indeed, we had 6 people. Korean noodle is very tasty. The patio is gorgeous, beautifully decorated, the waiters are friendly and polite. Just perfect.”
6. Pizzeria
On the site-store photos Flickr says:
“This is the only pizzeria in North Korea. Here we were served a great pizza. While we were eating, the waitresses took turns singing karaoke. No pop, only Patriotic songs “.
The guide informs:
The first pizza restaurant in Pyongyang caused a sensation when it opened in 2009. As reported, Kim Jong-Il (General Secretary) sent a team of chefs to Italy to learn to cook the perfect pizza. 9. TV tower with restaurant
TV tower in Pyongyang, built in 1967, with a height of 150 meters, has an observation deck and restaurant with panoramic views. It is built on the project of the Ostankino TV tower in Moscow.
