Low cost of real estate is partly due to the poor condition of the lock — in 2011 it was badly damaged by fire and became uninhabitable. The buyer of the estate will be able to decide the fate of the historical building to restore it or to demolish it.
In addition to the castle, on a site near the lake there are two houses built in the 1960s, the gardener’s cottage, a hangar for boats, a pier and a spacious greenhouse. The estate buried by his first owner, as there are ancient burials of the Vikings.
