Let’s go! The Chelyabinsk space staged a flash mob to the Guinness Book of records

Поехали! Челябинцы устроили космический флешмоб для Книги рекордов Гиннесса

120 cars, 3000 balls and about as many Chelyabinsk residents took to set a new car record in the capital of the southern Urals in honor of the cosmonautics Day. On the main square of the city the participants of the flashmob “Lift up your head!” posted by machines a map of the Earth. And the audience is launched into the sky balloons and made the inscription “Space out!”.

The unique event was part of the first all-Russian festive actions, dedicated to the 55th anniversary of the first launch of man into space, which became a Soviet test pilot Yuri Gagarin. Pride for their country yesterday overflowed all participants, regardless of status and material wealth: in the same row friendly convoys were supported by the owners of “scutes” and elite “Jaguars”.

About whether the South Urals, as planned, in a big way to celebrate this historic day, said one of the organizers of autoplasma Alexander Bogdanov. In addition, the leader of the Chelyabinsk Union of motorists confessed activists are again hoping to get into the Guinness Book of records.

– A year ago, as everybody remembers, we did a flash mob to the Day of cosmonautics. Then we got into the Guinness Book of records. This year was also different: the government already announced in the Federal space Agency of so many people who simultaneously participated in the flash mob. We managed to collect more than 3000 thousand people! Everything went well and we thank all who supported us on this day! – said Alexander Bogdanov.

We will remind, last year motorists, along with anti-alcohol activists of the movement “Sober courtyards” built on Revolution square, a huge missile. The space ship was symbolically “launched” and from him, by all the rules, even off contingent “steps”. The flash mob received the official recognition of the Guinness Book of records.
