Less than 3 litres per 100 km: new plug-in hybrid system from Haval

Менее 3 л на 100 км: новая плагин-гибридная система от HavalHis new development company Haval showed conceptual crossover HB-02.

Automotive company Haval presented the public a new car, the main advantage of which is fuel economy.

It is reported that his consumption does not exceed 3 liters per 100 kilometers.

Crossover NV-02 has turboengine engine of 1.5 liter with electric motor. Torque is 450 Nm, and the average fuel consumption of just 2.1 liters per 100 kilometers. However, I had to sacrifice engine power, which is only 130 horsepower.

The potential of both engines revealed thanks to the implemented mode of “power”, whereby the car is able to accelerate to 210 km/h. Purely on electricity car can travel about 65 kilometers, the developers say. It also became known that to accelerate to 100 kilometers a vehicle can 9 seconds.

A new development for the hybrid mode allows you to minimize fuel consumption during a trip. Thus, the unification of electricity and gasoline will allow to save approximately 3 litres per 100 kilometers. Appropriate technology in cars will massively apply next year, and NV-02, equipped with a hybrid regime, is being tested now in China.

Automotive company Haval fully decided to abandon any type of fuel, creating unique plugins working on a hybrid basis. They no longer use diesel engines when you create a car, and have improved electrical systems.
