In Kiev do not consider the issues listed Amnesty and special status for Donbass. About it on Wednesday was declared by the foreign Minister of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin, speaking at the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada.

The foreign Minister also stressed that the Amnesty could take place only after will be the Ukrainian prosecution bodies and the court. He explained that the experience of such amnesties is in the Balkan countries.
Commenting on the elections in the Donbass, Klimkin said that they will be held when the situation will be to meet the requirements of safety. Control the election process will be the Bureau of democracy and human rights (OSCE).
