The Kalashnikov concern by 2017, will double the sales of small arms. This was stated by the CEO of the company Alexey Krivoruchko, the correspondent “reports Tapes.ru”.
“In addition to the development of new types of products, by 2017 we expect to double sales of small arms to 5.8 billion rubles (165 thousand pieces) and run in production at least 10 new products” — said Krivoruchko.
Krivoruchko said that to increase the production of small arms carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of the Assembly shop, replaced the control system of the conveyor lines (that allowed to reduce time of development of new products from 6 to 3 months), opened a new logistics center (33 replacing the factory warehouse scattered across a campus).
To increase the volume of production of small arms and the extension of the product line carried out a comprehensive reconstruction of the Assembly shop, the production of arms. The Kalashnikov concern was formed in August 2013 on the basis of the NGO “Izhmash”, which was in dire financial Straits. During the creation of the concern the state Corporation rostec has retained a 51 percent stake and 49 percent were sold to two private investors Andrei Bokarev (Transmashholding, Aeroexpress) and Alexei Krivoruchko (Aeroexpress).
