In the USA the citizen of Ukraine was accused of forgery on the age and name during a visit to high schools in Pennsylvania.
On 25 may representatives of the Federal prosecution announced that Arthur Samarin in December last year has filed documents to obtain U.S. passports and social security numbers using false information.
23-year-old Samarin, who was posing as 18-year-old, previously accused in Pennsylvania in sexual assault, corruption of minors, theft and falsification of public records.
Arthur Samarina, who called himself Asher Potts, accused in particular that he had sex with a 15-year-old girl.
He made a positive impression on teachers during visits to schools in Pennsylvania and was accepted into College in Florida, before authorities discovered the forgery.
In the United States Arthur Samarin came at age 19 on a short-term visa. When it ended, he decided to stay. In 2012 he enrolled in high school in Pennsylvania. In official documents from the 2013 foster parents Samarina with the US are named Michael and Stephanie Potts.
