The Turkish authorities have called the second main suspect in the organization of the failed coup attempt on 15 July, according to Daily Sabah. He was a former Director of a local paper company Kemal Batmaz.
The Turkish government believes that Batman collaborated with the mastermind of the coup Adil Oxycom, a former employee of the University, who was detained immediately after the coup attempt.
It is reported that Batman accompanied Accusa during a trip to USA for meeting with Fethullah gülen, in March, June, and July 2016. The last time they traveled to the US on July 11 and returned July 13, two days before the attempted coup.
Currently Batman is in custody in the investigation of the Prosecutor’s office of Ankara, which has issued arrest warrants for 12 suspects, who allegedly participated in the coup attempt.
Military coup attempt in Turkey was committed on the night of 16 July, but the plans of the rebels has failed. The Turkish authorities believe that over the failed attempt of the coup is Fethullah gülen. The preacher himself denies his guilt.
