University professors have proposed a methodological guide on the preparation of lectures on counter-recruitment students in an extremist organization, write on Wednesday, 16 March, Izvestia.
Lectures have been read at MSU, said a member of the Public chamber (OP), Chairman of the Commission on development of public diplomacy and support of compatriots abroad Elena sutormina. “It is important not to convey any truths, rather we pay attention to subtle nuances,” she said.
“In the training manual we give a special focus on counter-recruiting in social networks, because they remain the main channel for attracting young people. Including telling you about the studied user profiles on the basis of which the psychological portrait and selected methods of manipulation of consciousness,” said the social worker.
The booklet “Preventing youth involvement in terrorist and extremist organization” describes the methods of recruitment of youth by terrorist and how to counteract the manipulative psychological destruction. The manual will be released in April. It was developed by the Public chamber together with the anti-Terrorist center of the States — participants of the CIS.
The main goal that set themselves the developers of the manual, to help teachers in the preparation of lectures for prevention, said sutormina. The manual outlines the main areas that meet the economic demands of quasi, especially where we require young people who have received quality education.
