Unknown intestinal infection killed 92 passengers and five crew members of the cruise ship Disney Wonder during a voyage to the Bahamas.

The captain of the vessel had to end on 27 April and the journey back to the port of Miami. To prevent the spread of infection, victims are isolated in cabins, by placing under quarantine. After all the handrails are treated with a disinfectant solution. Patients experiencing severe vomiting, was hospitalized.
In total onboard a vessel there were about 2.7 thousand passengers and nearly a thousand crew members.
A similar incident happened in 2014 aboard American cruise ship Crown Princess, located in the Pacific ocean. Then, more than 170 people caught norovirus (stomach flu).
The ship, witnessing more than four thousand passengers, and performed a 28-day cruise from Los Angeles to Tahiti.
