In the state Duma proposed to force citizens to sell their share in the apartment, received an inheritance.
This was stated by member of the state Duma Committee on property Andrey Svintsov on the radio station “Moscow speaking”.
The bill, which began to develop in the Duma, suggests to oblige the heirs within three months to determine who will be solely own apartment.
The preservation of proportion for the other heirs at the expiration of that period not allowed. “After that, the apartment put up for auction and sold all over the world: America, Europe — everywhere this procedure”, — said the Deputy.
It is assumed that all the proceeds should be divided among heirs according to their shares.
According to the MP, the bill will help to avoid family scandals and fraudulent schemes, one owner, getting a share in the apartment, begins to out survive the other owners of the property.
In the state Duma propose to exempt such transactions from income tax. The Supreme court in March this year, restricted the right of owners of a small share in the living room to check in.
The court held that the right of a participant in common shared ownership to the universe and residence is not unconditional, but depends on the size of its share and the agreement of other owners.
