According to legend, in transport shop of the Zlatoust workers went on strike, which was not paid wages for several months. Strikers paralyzed the work of the enterprise, burned tires and built barricades.

Police workers threw stones and sticks, the plot of one of the actors shouts, “Gimme your Money!” Leading says that law enforcement officers acted strictly according to instructions: have cordoned off the area, cut off the offenders from the main road and began negotiations.

“After the dialogue has not worked, and angry workers lit another torch from the debris, in the Department of internal Affairs decided to conduct military operation”, — explained the leading. To disperse the protesters, the police blew a noise charge and went on the offensive, twisting the instigators of the riots.

In April 2016 on the basis of IR-9 UFSIN of Russia across the Ulyanovsk region have passed doctrines on elimination of mass riots. But in Smolensk the police practiced the prevention of protests over rising utility bills.

Russian President Vladimir Putin on April 5 announced the creation of the National guard on the basis of the Interior troops, OMON, SOBR and FGUP “Protection”. As stated in the text of the bill, arrived 6 April in the state Duma, members of the guard will have the right to shoot without warning. Later the Committee of the state Duma has proposed to allow the national guard to shoot into the crowd.
