In the Chechen Republic opened a factory to produce batteries

First Russian-Korean factory for the production of innovative lithium battery with a capacity of 30 MWh per year was opened in Grozny.

The project was implemented by OOO “Chechenneftekhimprom” together with the Korean company KOKAM. The volume of investment is 570 million rubles.

The implementation of the Lila project to create 42 high-performance workstations without taking into account the multiplier effect. The plant personnel has passed training in South Korea.

In the future second stage will be built plant for the production of lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 125 MW/h per year. The investment volume of the project is 7.6 billion rubles. The total number of jobs, with the attendant industries, will amount to 800 people.
