“Bank of Kazan” was founded in 1990. It is the oldest financial institution the capital of Tatarstan.
In April 2015 an employee of one of branches of Sberbank in Rostov-on-don has replaced four million at the box office “tickets of Bank of tricks”. According to investigators, using his official position, he pocketed money owned by the Bank in the period from 2013 to 2015. He had access to all the cash of the branch, including a copy of a key from the safe.
