“The experience of other countries suggests that such measures were long ago, and they are used. If the government gives money to the vaccine and parents do not use this, then they will not enjoy other benefits offered by the state, endangering other children,” – said Popov.
Now the CPS has already discussed various options for the introduction of parental responsibility, according to news Agency “SeverInform” citing TASS. As explained by Anna Popova, they will be based on international practice, but adapted to the conditions of Russia.
