In Russia came into force amendments to the SDAprohibiting dangerous driving. However, to be fined for it until they are.
The new rule appeared in paragraph 2.7 of the Rules. According to her, under dangerous driving refers to the repeated committing of the driver actions that caused the creation of a situation which creates a threat of death or injury of people, damage to vehicles, structures, goods or causing other material damage.
Among these actions is the “undercutting” of; rebuilding in heavy traffic when all lanes are occupied, except for cases turn, turn, stop or swerving; failure to observe a safe distance and a lateral interval; sudden braking if it is not needed to prevent accidents; obstruction of overtaking.
While dangerous driving becomes dangerous when performing these actions in the aggregate and within a relatively short period of time, because it deprives other road users the possibility to predict the behavior of such a driver and adequately to react to it.
The amount of the fine has not yet been determined – the final decision the legislators will be only this autumn. Then also will and administrative responsibility for the violation, according to news Agency “SeverInform” citing TASS.
