Scientists from Finland have learned how obesity affects individual organs and the organism as a whole. It turned out that obesity in its last stage can lead to deposits in different places, including the brain.
Researchers from the Institute of molecular medicine, studies have examined the relationship between changes in the expression of the genome in more than 4 different types of tissues and body mass index of the subjects. The results showed that obesity in beloved band of tissues causes deposits, which often exist along with fat.
The scientists added that some sediment on the contrary during obesity cease to function, and it reduces or stops the activity of tissues in individual organs.
