At the end of July in Moscow will open the quest dedicated to the domestic blockbuster “the breaker” which will be released on October 20, 2016. In basis, both the film and the quest on real events – in 1985, the Soviet icebreaker “Mikhail Somov” was sandwiched Antarctic ice. As a result of this accident the ship had to spend in the drift 133 days.

The producer of the film “Icebreaker” Igor Tolstunov told about the possibilities that are open to parties of the same name of quest:the History, which formed the basis of the film, the real – icebreaker “Mikhail Somov” were in the forced drift in the ice of Antarctica. Many frames of the film “Icebreaker” was filmed at the atomic icebreaker “Lenin”, now a Museum. The ship was carefully styled the fake snow – it was necessary to recreate the conditions close to real. Specifically to work on a painting was invented paraffin system which allows you to create the effect of icing. For the entire shooting period was used 12 types of synthetic snow, seven tons of wax and hundreds of meters hromogennogo fabric. The film will be a lot of pictures with computer graphics – most of the filming took place in front of a green screen.
