More than 930 million rubles to the budget of the capital since the beginning of this year through the sale of non-residential premises, according to the website of the Department for competition policy of Moscow.
“The results of the trading sessions of the quarter suggests that entrepreneurs and private individuals interested in buying a property, owner of which is the capital, and are willing to fight for it at auction. Total bid for the sale of non-residential premises implemented 70 projects in the amount of 930,7 million rubles”, – said the head of Department Gennady Degtev, whose words are reported.
On average, one auction was attended by five participants, and the average price at the auction amounted to about 40%. Currently the application process 383 non-residential objects, of which 62 areas have an area of 50 sq. m, 191 a room up to 150 sq. m.
