In most regions of the country since the beginning of the year increased the fee for kindergarten. The authorities explain this increase in food prices. The exception is Moscow, where pre-school children were fed more often, but still free.
The cost of kindergartens grew in many cities of Russia. For example, in Krasnodar for the supervision and care of children from three to seven years parents began to pay 1 970 rubles a month, and for kids toddlers — 1 640 rubles. Previously, the amount was 1,200 rubles for children of all ages. As explained in Department of education of Krasnodar, the increase is connected, mainly, with the rising cost of food.
“We were monitoring all along the chain of products, and I will not say that some of them remained at the same level”, – confirmed Director of the Department of education of Krasnodar Alexei Nekrasov.
In other cities of Kuban monthly parent fees have increased at the end of 2015 in Abinsk parents have already paid 1,500 rubles in Novorossiysk – almost 2000 roubles. In Taganrog the prices rose to $ 90 a day for a month with 1200 to 2000 rubles. Parents shocked by sharp increase of payment after a year and a half ago she was almost doubled. In Yekaterinburg, the cost of kindergarten since January of this year amounted to 2900 instead of the previous 2100.
“Most of the parent Board is services for supervision and care, most of it is spent on the purchase of food. This year the Commission saw that the prices for food increased significantly,” – said the news Agency REGNUM head of Department of ensuring of functioning and development of comprehensive security Management of education of Ekaterinburg Natalia Vedernikova.
Few regions have left the prices at former level. A vivid example is Moscow. Here not only increased the fee for the maintenance of the child in the kindergarten, but also introduced a new menu, increasing the feeding frequency to five times a day. The diet was again included a full dinner.
Capital assurance system of kindergartens with food is one of the most socially-oriented: all costs under this article are financed from the city budget. Whereas, for example, in St.-Petersburg children’s meals parents pay, and in Omsk – these expenses are divided between the city and the parents. In Penza from the city Treasury kompensiruet 11.9 per cent of the cost of food for pre-school children, in Chelyabinsk – 17,6%, in Vladivostok – 32,9%.
