A young man with a knife attacked people in the Japanese Prefecture of Kanagawa.
According to the Agency, 19 people were killed, twenty were seriously injured. The offender was arrested.

Japanese TV channel NHK with reference to the police reported the death of 15 people and 45 wounded.
“A man with a knife went on a rampage in the institution for people with disabilities in the city of Sagamihara (Kanagawa Prefecture), West of Tokyo. Police confirmed the death of 15 people, another 45 people were injured”, — informs television channel. According to him, 20 of the 45 injured were seriously injured.
He was attacked by a 26-year-old man who has already confessed to the crime. He attacked people about 2.30 in the morning (20.30 GMT) and half an hour later surrendered to the police.
According to some reports, the man had worked in the orphanage that was attacked.
