The majority of migrants in Bulgaria, do not wish to stay in specialized Centres for accommodation of refugees, as all centers are overcrowded.
This was reported by the State Agency for refugees.
“Currently, the total capacity of the temporary accommodation Centres for refugees has 5190 people, but they are almost five and a half thousand refugees. For this reason, migrants do not wish to remain in the area”, – stated in the report of the Agency.
No less alarming is the situation with the specialized centres to accommodate individuals without citizenship (migrant) that pose a threat to public order. According to the Agency, with a passenger capacity of 940 people, in centres in the Department of migration, Ministry of internal Affairs, hosts more than a thousand people.
It is also reported that the number of refugees arriving in the territory of Bulgaria from the beginning of 2016, more than 15 thousand people. Only in the last few days, entered the country about 600 migrants.
