The new law on social support of the population was adopted a couple of years ago. Local politicians redefined the concept of a large family and has excluded all families where children from different marriages.

But none of the proposals of women, of course, is not satisfied. They demand the return of their rightful status and benefits. Regional Duma refuses in regional Treasury there is no money.

The situation is further complicated by the fact that half of mothers who left without state support – the poor.

However, sociologists believe that this radical way of savings can mean for the region’s demographic disaster. Experts say that if the number of large families would not grow, after a couple of decades the population of the region will be reduced by approximately 300 thousand people.
