Human Rights Watch claims that Moscow and Damascus in Syria used incendiary weapons in areas where civilian populations.
International Human rights organization Human Rights Watch stated that the Syrian and the Russian military used incendiary munitions during joint military operations in Syria.
This is stated in the report, published on the official website of the organization.
In particular, according to human rights activists, incendiary bombs were used in Aleppo and Idlib at least 18 times in the period from 5 June to 10 August. It has affected at least 12 civilians.
Human Rights Watch emphasizes that it has photo and video evidence of the attacks incendiary shells.
