How will the future of Russia

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

And not to say that we have a crisis, when there are new and very bold idea of how it will look our country in the near future.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

It certainly is the concepts of what happens we will find out later, until then, we introduced 5 new urban development ideas of Russian cities.

And if you want my opinion, you presented gives hope that very soon we will see a boom in the construction of comfortable housing for people.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

The word on top of the photos already existing residential area in the New Moscow.

Let’s try to answer a very simple question, what surrounds you every day, whether it is satisfied with you and what kind of change you want?

That’s it for this and was organized by the international forum called “Environment for living, new standards”. Which gathered Russian and foreign experts in urban planning and architecture, developers and government officials.

The event was held in Tatarstan, the forum was organized by AHML on behalf of the government of the Russian Federation. where dozens of leading Russian and international urbanists have expressed a number of ideas for the development of Russian cities.

I myself have to admit the forum has not got, and found out about it from a review of Alexander Belenky macos, in fact almost all of the photos in my review of his post.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Some performances have already been snapped up for quotes. Specifically for this review, I did a brief squeeze of performances:

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Igor Shuvalov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation:

“Not as important today to chase the sizes of apartments, you need to focus on quality. To make your home as comfortable as possible and to create a proper atmosphere for us a new science. Modern surroundings and comfortable environment is what we need to learn from best international experiences”.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Here it is very difficult not to agree, because for many the word “apartment” is already a lot of good people don’t focus on the quality of purchased housing, of course those are the developers disfiguring our city model nests.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Alexander Plutnik, General Director of AHML:

“We can see how changing a city, create public space and a modern environment. In addition, change areas, change the approach of developers to the design of housing, primarily standard, which is available for the mass segment. Is a comfortable accommodation of different sizes, from 20 to 100 sq. m. the Comfort of such housing is the question of the reasonableness of each meter.”

“Today the city, which created a comfortable environment that consists of the quality of the apartment, yard and area, attracting the most qualified and creative professionals and thus develop. Therefore, the Innopolis selected for the forum is not accidental. This is an example of an integrated approach to the creation of new residential areas. At the same time Kazan – a great example of creating a quality residential environment already established in the city.”

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Here, we note that a sophisticated housing appears some developers segment of the economy at the design stage are oriented on new standards of quality and comfort and provide the project not only convenient layout, but also common areas, and the surrounding area. And someone goes even further and tenants have their own storage rooms (as in Europe) and a Parking space in the underground Parking. The courts are free from vehicles.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Ricardo Bofill, head of the Ricardo Bofill Taller de Arquitectura:

“Russia can become the territory which will be designed not only within the city and the macroscale”

“You need to plan the entire territory of the country, to move from the General to the particular: from the entire to each individual apartment.”

Russia does have great potential considering even the fact that we inherited after the collapse of the Soviet Union.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Christoph Kohl, the architect and founder of architectural Bureau K+K Architekten:

“It is necessary to create a typology of living environment based on the specifics of the region, not forgetting to respect the history. Need to save their identity. At the same time. If we work on the basis of prototypes, a city block can be created in 2 years”.

Developers often try to completely copy Western designs, but forgetting that all that appears on our streets and not always successfully fits into the overall picture space.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Sergey Choban, managing partner of SPEECH:

“I am a supporter of multifunctional building wherever it was. Next to housing it is necessary to design offices, hotels, etc., because the cyclical nature of when people in one place works in other lives, in the third rest, “kills man”. Urban development should not exceed 8-9 floors”.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Olga Aleksakova, partner AB Buromoscow:

In Moscow for the last 2-3 years there have been tremendous changes in the industrial product, we have left behind Soviet of the series, but still work in the field of mass construction”

Yes, change is really on the person, but not all developers and builders have learned to do so far beautiful, and most importantly comfortable accommodation. Let’s hope that in the near future, when people have a decent choice they will make it right.

Как будет выглядеть Россия будущего

Julia burdova, partner AB Buromoscow:

“Today, the city environment is not built to a human scale, we forget that the way of life not only depends on his mentality, but also quality habitat. Low and mid-rise housing – a big niche for a new standard of living in Russia. Not necessarily talking about the unique design solutions for each object. You can work with facades. Each pattern of the facade can hide a set of standard layouts. We will have panoramic Windows, entrances, landscape solutions”.

Again, in order not to waste your time just talk about the main topics and conclusions that were made in the course of the event.

The size of the apartments “20-40-60-80-100”

It was about the fact that the housing funds in the new houses were built according to the following formula “20-40-60-80-100”. Not to create any non-diversified apartment building where all apartments will be 100 meters or for all apartments — on 20 meters. It must be a certain combination. This idea was voiced by Vice-Premier Igor Shuvalov. He also stressed that today the construction of housing need to focus not so much on the number of meters, but on the quality.

Large kitchen

It is very important to get away from the old “Khrushchev” kitchen. The kitchen is one of the most valuable parts of the average apartment in Moscow. Increase area of kitchen 6 sq. m gives about the same increase in prices as an increase of 20 sq. m total area of the apartment.

Architectural variety

Need to clarify what diversity and chaos are two very different things. Standards should not become boredom. It is clear that it is not necessary to go into the routine of things, the order is necessary in order to achieve the right diversity.

The benefits of diversity in a typical building on the example of lemurs:
Lemurs eat only bananas and being in a confined space, very sad from the dreary boredom and aloofness that they are pursued, including from the monotonous food. To distract them from boredom, the zoo began every day to cut the bananas in different ways- with stars, circles, cubes, strips, etc., added to this sweetest essence of the colors of life. This is a very good example: even if you don’t have a lot of tools at hand, with the right combination you can achieve great diversity and animate the urban environment, which we, the urban managers and architects, charged to develop.

Glass doors in the hallways

Long overdue, as I wrote, that post Topics Lebedev on this subject: http://tema.livejournal.com/23…

Large distances between houses

Russian legislation provides for long distances between buildings that leads to the creation of a residential “island”, through the. Architect Riikka Tuomisto proposed to change the Russian approach to the improvement of road-street network. According to her, Russian cities would fit the Liverpool model of the road system is the continuous narrowing of the streets inside the areas. Riikka Tuomisto believes that the organization of street Parking in neighborhoods is much more effective than building a separate Parking lot or covered Parking lot.
