The Japanese have developed a small electric car for courier services.
, Honda introduced its first car, the body parts which have been printed on a 3D printer. The premiere of the prototype that has been developed in conjunction with technology firm Kabuku, took place in Japan at CEATEC 2016.
The car, built on a lightweight tubular frame, there’s only space for the driver. Machine with a small cargo compartment in the rear of the body intended for courier services.
The “Honda” and Kabuku said the 3D printing technology significantly reduces the cost and speeds the production process, so the prototype “perfect for serial production.”
The car is equipped with electric propulsion and a battery set, the data of which are not yet available.
