A few years ago, Google has intrigued all, presenting smart glasses – wearable device of new generation. The Corporation promised that the new technology will change the world. In fact, the gadget was warming up, worked a little, was inconvenient, expensive and had a bunch of different unpleasant nuances. In the end, was released several trial lots, scattered editorial offices, but last year the project officially closed: Google Glass was useless. However, some manufacturers have taken note of the unusual concept. In 2016, the world saw the smart glasses HARPER HB-600. And let possibilities the device provides much less than the creation of Google, but they clearly will be more useful. So, let’s see, what is this beast and what it eats.

HARPER HB-600 suitable for listening music, the sound quality is acceptable: does not compare, of course, with the top “ears”, but not “Squeaker”. Frequency range 20-20000 Hz, impedance 16 Ohm, sensitivity 112 dB. Lags while listening to music is very rare that can’t be said about every Bluetooth headset, including many times more expensive. Good sound insulation: the underground hum is almost inaudible. The only drawback that I found – talk. You hear your opponent perfectly, but, because of the distance from the microphone, you will hear only in a quiet room, or have to shout on all street.

HARPER headset HB-600 was able to do what could not Google Glass be really helpful smart thing in a new form-factor. Thought almost everything: appearance, quality of glass, long working time, good sound, working with the two devices, the fixation on the rim.
