For Russians claim the food regulations in case of war

St. Petersburg Governor Georgy Poltavchenko has approved the food standards for city residents in case of war. St Petersburg in wartime guaranteed 300 grams of bread per day.

Poltavchenko on 6 October signed a decree on the establishment of “untouchable” and the operational reserve. By decree of the emergency provision guarantees the 5.2 million residents of the city bread for 20 days. The second decree guarantees the regulation of prices for flour and bakery products, writes “Fontanka.ru”.

As follows from the Governor’s Executive orders in the next three years will total to hold both reserves not less than 69.7 thousand tons of grain, based on 300 grams of bread for every citizen of St. Petersburg on the day.

In 2016, the guaranteed 20-day rule was introduced in Saint-Petersburg for the first time, clarifies the issue.

During the Great Patriotic war during the siege of Leningrad, one worker received on the day of 200 grams of bread, and all the rest — at 125 grams.
