The Italian brand has updated the “charged” Fiat 500.
Factory Studio Fiat – Abarth – presented the updated hot-hatch 595, built on the base model Fiat 500, the post-facelift last summer. Updated 595 received new elements of the exterior and interior, and its capacity increased by five horsepower.
In the standard version of the power 595 is a 1.4-liter turbo engine increased from 140 to 145 horsepower. The more expensive engine modifications now produces 595 Turismo not 160, and 165 horsepower. The output of the motor powerful version 595 – Competizione – has not changed, the engine still produces 180 horsepower.
Updated 595 got the same exterior improvements as the normal hatchback 500 – in particular, the changed form of headlights of head light, front and rear bumper, lights. In the front bumper appeared a round led running lights. The interior is now used by more Alcantara, and for an additional fee you can order the sports seats Corse by Sabelt specifically for the Abarth.
The list of equipment has expanded limited-slip differential, Koni FSD dampers and Brembo brakes. In addition, in the interior of the hot hatch appeared a Sport button that changes the force on the steering wheel and response to pressing of the accelerator pedal. In addition, the hatchback has received an updated multimedia system, which supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The cost and date of start of sales of the updated Abarth 595 have not yet been released. Previous hot hatch sold in Europe at a price of 18 Euro 190 thousand.
