The Federal Antimonopoly service has sent to the retail companies Association (ACORT) a reminder letter about inadmissibility of public statements on issues of price dynamics.
We are talking about the statement of the top Manager of a network “Magnet” about a possible appearance in the beginning of 2017, “turbulence” price on the shelves after the entry into force of the amendments to the law on trade, the newspaper “Izvestia”
In a letter to the HSE, stated that the service “has information about public statements of officials of economic entities that are members of the Association in connection with the amendments to the law on trade this summer.
The statement of the top Manager of “Magnet”, as noted in the FAS, may lead to violation of the Antimonopoly legislation in the markets of retail trade in food products. The service has reminded companies about inadmissibility of violation of the Antimonopoly legislation by economic entities that are members of the HSE.
