Diet, the main principle of which is to alternate between five days of the diet with ten days of normal eating. The main goal is to lock the weight on the reached mark.

The final effect is manifested in about a month. In the first five days food should be taken every two hours. The next ten days should eat as usual, but it is desirable to limit, or better, to exclude flour and sweet.

Menu for 5 days

7:00 – tea or coffee.

9:00 – shredded carrot, dressed with lemon juice.

11:00 – Apple or other fruit, except grapes and bananas.

13:00 – 100 g of boiled meat or baked fish, whole grain bread or bread with butter.

15:00 – to choose from: one hard-boiled egg/100 grams of low fat cheese or 100 grams of cottage cheese.

17:00 – vegetable salad (cabbage, carrot, beet).

19:00 – 10 pieces of dried fruit (prunes, apricots), soaked in hot water.

21:00 – a glass of nonfat yogurt.
