The cost of petroleum products had exceeded the limit pain purchasing power of the population, the President of the Association “Unification of operators of petroleum products market of Ukraine” Leonid kosyanchuk.
“In Europe, if you take fuel prices and average incomes, average monthly European demand can meet, spending from 5% to a maximum of 11% of monthly income. For us this figure is over 65 per cent,” he explained. The expert also added that the black market sales of fuel in Ukraine has been developing, since the cost of petroleum products had exceeded the limit pain purchasing power of the population.
“For a time we said that every third liter of petrol sold in Ukraine, has a criminal origin. That is either not paid taxes, or it is a counterfeit, or both. Moreover, this market is very seriously developed during the last two years”, ― said Leonid kosyanchuk.
According to him, immediately after the Maidan the circuit stopped working, but soon returned to the market. “If after the revolution all bare pryaslo, then these schemes have been returned”, ― the expert summed up.
