“This speaks to the fact that the Russians continue to save, re-adjusted their budgets in order to maintain daily expenses as low as possible,” the analysts conclude.
Consumers are less likely to go to the stores, experts state. The share of food products in the total basket of citizens after a spike in July to 67 % back to around 50 %.
